Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE TRUCK2FLEET APPLICATION.

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Haris Ishtiaq (“Licensor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the Truck2Fleet mobile application, including all associated media, documentation, and online services (“Licensed Application” or “App”).

By downloading, installing, or using Truck2Fleet, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Haris Ishtiaq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple- or Google-approved device that you own or control and as permitted by the applicable App Store Terms of Service.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

This license does not allow you to:

  • Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App or make it available to any third party.
  • Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
  • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security-related features or limitations.

Any attempt to do so is a violation of this Agreement and may result in termination of your right to use the App.

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

(a) Truck2Fleet offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed via the Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.

(b) Subscription prices, durations, and entitlements are displayed within the App. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.

(c) Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

(d) You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple and Google’s refund policies.

(e) Truck2Fleet offers multiple auto-renewable monthly subscriptions for Trucker and Dispatcher roles, as well as a Vetted Badge subscription. All subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled by the user.

4. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App integrates third-party services such as RevenueCat, Agora, Firebase, and Cloudflare to deliver secure functionality and analytics. By using the App, you consent to data processing as described therein.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Submit false information or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its services.
  • Engage in behavior that violates FMCSA or other regulatory standards.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including all content, design, trademarks, and code, are owned by Haris Ishtiaq. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Haris Ishtiaq.

7. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Haris Ishtiaq. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

8. NO WARRANTY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. HARIS ISHTIAQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HARIS ISHTIAQ, HIS AFFILIATES, DEVELOPERS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, HOWEVER CAUSED.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Haris Ishtiaq and his affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of this Agreement or your misuse of the App.

11. EXPORT COMPLIANCE

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. The App may not be used or distributed in any jurisdiction where such use or distribution would violate applicable law.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you reside in the United States, applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of your state of residence will govern this Agreement.
