1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You represent that you are 18 years or older and that all information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3) Platform Status and Disclaimers

Truck2Fleet is a software platform that facilitates connections and communications between truckers, dispatchers, and drivers and provides tools within the App.

• Truck2Fleet is not a freight broker.
• Truck2Fleet is not a motor carrier.
• Truck2Fleet is not an employer of dispatchers, truckers, or drivers.
• Truck2Fleet does not guarantee loads, rates, revenue, profitability, compliance outcomes, or business results.
• Truck2Fleet does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Any working relationship, contract, payment arrangement, or dispute is strictly between the users involved.

4) Relationships with Dispatchers and Drivers

You are solely responsible for evaluating, selecting, and managing any dispatcher or driver you engage. Truck2Fleet is not responsible for performance, negligence, or misconduct of any user; business losses, penalties, claims, compliance issues, or reputational harm arising from user interactions; or disputes regarding service quality, fees, terms, or payments between users. Any “verification,” “vetted,” “badge,” or similar designation is informational only.

5) Communications

Truck2Fleet may enable in-app messaging, calling, and texting. You agree not to use communications for spam, harassment, unlawful solicitation, threats, or fraud, and not to violate applicable calling/texting laws, including consent requirements. You are solely responsible for compliance. Truck2Fleet is not liable for user communication claims and may implement safeguards.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate any law using the App, impersonate others, scrape or harvest data without permission, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Services. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

7) Subscriptions, Pricing, Billing, and Refunds

Truck2Fleet offers paid subscriptions. Features, limits, and billing cycles are displayed in-app. Billing is processed via Apple App Store or Google Play and may auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are subject to Apple/Google policies. Contact support@truck2fleet.com for assistance.

8) Service Availability; No Warranty

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Truck2Fleet disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9) Limitation of Liability

Truck2Fleet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days or USD $100, whichever is lower, except where law requires otherwise.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Truck2Fleet harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, interactions with other users, violation of Terms or law, or misconduct.

11) User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Truck2Fleet a limited license to host, store, process, and display content solely to operate and improve the Services.

12) Suspension and Termination

Truck2Fleet may suspend or terminate access for violations or security risks. You may stop using the Services at any time.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes handled in courts as permitted by applicable law.

14) Updates to Terms

Truck2Fleet may update Terms. Material changes communicated in-app or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

4) Relationships with Truckers and Drivers

Dispatcher responsibility for selecting/managing truckers or drivers. Truck2Fleet is not liable for performance, negligence, or disputes.

5) Communications and Conduct

In-app messaging, calling, texting allowed. Do not spam, harass, or violate applicable laws. Truck2Fleet is not liable for user communications. Safeguards may be implemented.

6) Acceptable Use

No law violations, impersonation, data scraping, malware, unauthorized access, or service disruption. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

Drivers must be 18+ and provide accurate information. Account activity and credentials are your responsibility.

2) Driver Role and Marketplace Function

Drivers create a profile to be discoverable by truckers. Drivers do not directly connect with dispatchers; trucker may provide access to communicate through in-app channels.

3) Listing Fee and Subscriptions

Listing fee/subscription may apply (currently USD $9.99). Billing via Apple/Google, auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds subject to platform rules.

4) Vetted Badge and Optional Verification

Optional “Vetted” badge. Verification requested only if chosen. Badge informational, not a guarantee.

5) Communications
