• Information collected automatically: Device and app info (model, OS, app version, language, timezone, diagnostics), usage info (feature usage, session timestamps, crash/error logs).
• Calling/Texting metadata: Timestamps, duration, delivery status, routing identifiers. Truck2Fleet does not sell call/text data; calls are not recorded unless disclosed and legally permitted.
• Verification & fraud prevention: Public/commercial sources may be used to validate carrier identifiers and detect fraud or unsafe activity.
